Refund Policy

Refund Policy – Master Mansa Spiritual Services

Master Mansa provides spiritual consultations based on symbolic guidance, intuitive insight, and traditional cultural practices. These services are delivered with care, professionalism, and respect for each client’s personal journey.

Because spiritual consultations involve time, preparation, and personalised work, the following refund and cancellation conditions apply:

1. General Policy

All payments for spiritual consultations—whether online or in-person—are final once the session has taken place.
Refunds cannot be issued for completed sessions.

2. Cancellations

Clients may cancel an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made before 24 hours → Eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours → No refund, but rescheduling may be offered at Master Mansa’s discretion.

3. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session once, free of charge, if the request is made more than 24 hours in advance.

Late rescheduling (less than 24h before the appointment) may incur a fee or require a new booking.

4. No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend the session without notice:

  • No refund will be issued

  • A new appointment must be booked

5. Service Nature

All services provided by Master Mansa are symbolic and spiritual in nature.
They are not medical, psychological, financial, or guaranteed results-based services.

Refunds cannot be issued based on personal expectations or subjective outcomes.

6. Technical Issues (Online Sessions)

If technical problems prevent a session from taking place:

  • The session will be rescheduled at no additional cost

  • If rescheduling is impossible, a refund may be issued
